Puget Sound Doula Care provides quality prenatal, birth and postpartum support to the laboring woman and her family.

As doulas, we have chosen to serve women in childbirth and in the postpartum period, using our own individual strengths, experience, and skills. Our goal is to help you find your own way through this "rite of passage," by offering continuous support while honoring and protecting your expressed desires. We share our knowledge, training and intuition to encourage and empower women through this most significant life experience.


We have received training from the Seattle Midwifery School and have been certified by the Pacific Association for Labor Support (PALS).
